ExecutiveAndy is Co-Founder of Mileon, leading technology vision, product strategy, and end-to-end delivery. He specializes in translating complex operational requirements into scalable systems that ship on time. His expertise spans full-stack development, integrations, governance systems, and technical architecture.
Before Mileon, Andy was a software engineer at Synthetix (backed by Paradigm and Coinbase Ventures), where he evolved into Governance Lead and pioneered the Spartan Council, an industry-leading governance framework adopted by Illuvium and other major protocols. Based in APAC, he combines strategic product thinking with hands-on engineering.
ExecutiveKevin is Co-Founder of Mileon, leading commercial strategy, client partnerships, and growth. With eight years in technology, he ensures engagements are structured for measurable outcomes and positioned to scale. Mileon is trusted by enterprise clients and publicly traded companies with over $30B USD in combined market cap, spanning Web2, Web3, and AI ventures.
Kevin was employee #6 at Band Protocol (backed by Sequoia Capital), joining pre-product and scaling it to over $25 billion in total value locked. He led Growth & Business through Binance Launchpad and Coinbase listing. Based in APAC, Kevin is focused on execution, scalability, and delivering measurable outcomes.
ExecutiveChris leads delivery at Mileon, bringing extensive experience from large technology firms in Vietnam where he oversaw engineering teams as a technical product manager. He bridges product requirements and production systems, keeping builds on track from scoping through go-live.
A senior DevOps practitioner with AWS certification, Chris has held senior roles at VietIS and Cyberk, where he owned infrastructure, release pipelines, and the operational rigor that keeps complex systems running reliably at scale.
